The register never balances
Cash, transfers, cards, the fun dive paid for on the dock. At the end of the day you add it up by hand and the number is off. And what does not add up is almost always money that came in and never got recorded.
Cash, instructor payouts, bookings and diver records — automated and in one place. You spend your time on what no app can do: talking to your customers, being there for your instructors, running good dives.
No credit card. Available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
The actual day-to-day
Nobody opened a dive center to keep spreadsheets. And yet, that is where the afternoons go.

Who taught which course, how many divers they took, which trips they assisted on, who was the helper. It comes out of memory and three different spreadsheets. A mistake here is not an accounting error — it is an awkward conversation with your team.
Forms filled in at the counter while the group waits, signatures to file, expired insurance nobody checked. It is the most sensitive part of the business and the least controlled.
How it works
This is not one more system to feed. It is the data you already enter, doing the work you do by hand today.
Boat, time, instructors, divers. The system checks capacity and the instructor-to-student ratio before it becomes a problem on the dock.
Send a link (or show a QR at the counter) and they fill in their details, medical form and signature from their phone, before they arrive.
Every booking, rental and extra is recorded with its payment method. Closing the day becomes a review, not a reconstruction.
The system matches what each instructor did against their pay rates and builds the breakdown. You review and pay.
One tool, not ten spreadsheets.
Who builds it
I am a diving instructor, currently in Roatán. I saw the same chaos in centers across Brazil, Mexico and Roatán — it is a problem that crosses borders, and that is what pushed me to build DiveSynk.
Over 17 years in cybersecurity. He designs and runs the infrastructure where each center’s data lives: isolation between centers, encryption and verified backups. Security is the starting point, not an add-on.
English, Spanish and Portuguese — the whole system, not just the menu. Your instructors and your divers use it in the language they actually speak.
It is further down this very page. No “contact us”, no mandatory demo just to find out what it costs.
Each center is isolated at the database level, not by a condition in the code. Backups are encrypted and the restore process is tested.
Pricing
Two plans. Annual is 10 months (two on us). And the first 50 centers get 50% off the annual plan.
Questions
It is built for whoever works the counter, not for a system administrator. And you do not start from zero: if your customers live in a spreadsheet today, we load it for you and you go live with your data already in.
Only you and your team. Each center is isolated at the database level: no other center can see your information even if they tried. Backups are encrypted and we test the restore, which is the part almost nobody tests.
Yes, the whole system. Each person on your team picks their language, and the forms you send your divers go out in theirs.
Yes, and probably more so: when the team is small, the admin hours come out of your own time. The BASIC plan is sized exactly for that.
Write to us and we will set it up with your center’s information. If your customers are already in a spreadsheet, we load it for you.
